MC Institute provides English-language instruction and related international student support services, including assistance with the administrative documentation associated with student status (such as Form I-20 issuance and maintenance for F-1 students).
2. No Legal or Immigration Advice; No Guarantee
MC Institute is an educational institution, not a law firm or immigration consultancy. We do not provide legal or immigration advice, and nothing we provide should be relied upon as such. We do not guarantee the issuance, approval, renewal, or maintenance of any visa, immigration status, or government benefit, as those decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. You are responsible for complying with all applicable immigration laws.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or a minor acting with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Enrollment, Tuition, and Payments
Enrollment, tuition, fees, refunds, attendance, and academic requirements are governed by your separate enrollment agreement and applicable school policies. In the event of a conflict, the enrollment agreement controls for those matters.
